Not good for living sand area local area not good no shops nearby much also every time industry working wall cracks but for investment it is good yea cheap also

There are not many pros about this society, but one thing I can say is that the flats are really good. The materials used in them and the overall structure of the flats are arguably the best in my area. The society is in a very good location, so most daily needs are nearby, which makes it more convenient.

✖ Cons

There are a lot of cons about this society. First, the management is absolutely useless; it just seems like they don't know what they're doing. The workers are always on leave, and the security is just for the name. The funny thing is, we don't even have a proper gate in our society. It's just some metal bars that don't even close properly.
