✔ Pros
small, so the community is strong cute lil celebrations for all (hindu) festivals flat sizes are better than what you'd expect society staff comes even if you call at 2am
✖ Cons
lifts are unreliable and unsafe in some towers electricity issues in the summer as the backup overloads basement is not the cleanest not very friendly for tenants, they dont allow you to use the gym or the pool even when you're paying the same maintenance as the owners
