It’s at a good location, with a market on the backside with a variety of shops. And also nearby to schools, malls and popular spots. The greenery is regularly maintained, creating an overall clean environment. Really lively environment as it’s suitable for families for long term.

Occasional issues related to plumbing may arise. Also, noise levels can sometimes be a lot to bear, especially if constructions are going on. Sometimes monkeys may cause trouble by climbing into balconies.
