✔ Pros
Since there are 1000+ flats there are many residents hence we can easily connect with people, there are also many events organized regularly and pretty much a good environment for kids to play with good safety in the parks. Senior citizens can also go for a walk on the long stretch given by the builders.
✖ Cons
Although there is a swimming pool it hasn't been maintained and has been completely ruined by the local pests that are epidemic in that area, sometimes there are reports of thieves coming late at night and threatening residents to give some of their stuff away.
