Few pros are:- 1) Excellent location (on Fridays there are vegetables stalls open and are within 50-100m) 2) Good neighborhood and peaceful atmosphere 3) Convenient for daily necessities like dairy and all.
✖ Cons
Few cons are:- 1) The society is kinda old with basic amenities. 2) Maintenance varies between flats 3) During rush hour, traffic and noice can be a hiccup. 4) Parking space is limited
