✔ Pros

Peaceful and relatively quiet surrounding, greenery, multiple gardens, walking track and space for kids and pets, spacious flats, good ventilation, local shops, restaurants and daily essentials near by, good connectivity to metro as well as airport!

✖ Cons

some areas get muddy during monsoon, property/rent is relatively high for the area, old building, some neighbors are headache.

✔ Pros

A really good society for families, especially when it comes to safety and security. There are a few restrictions, which I feel are actually good for maintaining a peaceful and secure environment. However, bachelors might find some of these restrictions a little inconvenient. One of the best things about the society is the beautiful hill right behind it. The view is especially amazing during the monsoon, when everything looks lush green and the whole surroundings feel very peaceful and scenic. Overall, a nice place to live, particularly for families.

✖ Cons

Some members can be a bit of a headache. It’s a large society with 7–8 wings, so everyone has their own opinions and there can be occasional disagreements. Parking and common-area management can also get a little hectic at times.
