Safety is paramount. Cleanliness is also hands down the best. Connected to a busy road just instantly with zebra crossing for pedestrians. It is in the periphery of a renowned college- Lady Shri Ram of Delhi University. It is the abode of many PGs and thus by extension many students reside here as well. Water availability is mostly perennial. It is a renowned posh area in the entire state of New Delhi. Hence, very inhabitable.

✖ Cons

There are no great busy markets nearby. Few small shops in one side of the lane for basic amenities and some established shops rather expensive on the other end. It is not a cheap and best shopping stop. But otherwise a good residential area to consider.
