Good Society made by bad by the people living in it
✔ Pros
We have a pretty decent supply of light and we don't have big power outage, in case of a power outage, we can supplement our light from a diesel generator. we have a big area, garden, small temple, society gym, club house as well as a pool. we terms of amenities we have everything, there are other things like fire safety, two separate lifts and two staircases. we have lived for almost a decade now and slowly a lot of things have been build around our area from roads to shops and parks but have a good and clear view of the park and sunlight. There is a image of a park that is under-construction i can see that park from my window, in that image our society is visible from outside.
✖ Cons
1. A major problem is the water supply. we really struggle with the water supply and we have to bring in tankers every week or day. this is managed by our society council. 2. The issue is the maintenance, the hasn't been well maintained, the pools are not maintained and they are practically unused because they are not maintained at all. rain water is getting stored in it, club house is also in a very bad shape with no games or equipment same goes for the gym. overall, the infrastructure was provided, but is wasn't maintained properly. the people that live in our society are really uneducated and uncivilized. I have attached images about parking people who don't own parking have to park like this in open area inside society In rainy season area around our society is flooded like in the image, that whole area is a drainage. just outside our society gate waste is throw not ours we have proper systems for pickup of waste but other society or local people
